Earthcare Connections believes the Earthcare Balloon is not just an interesting model used for entertainment. The Earthcare Balloon program is truly about education with an exciting twist that gets students interested and involved in what they are learning. Through this interactive model and the information presented, students will more easily retain the information as they have a visual representation of what they are learning about. And who can forget a 5.2 metre high balloon?

Earthcare Connections presents a variety of activities directly aimed at a school and/or classroom audience. The first option is to host the Earthcare Balloon at your school. Learn about this option in On-Site Visits. Earthcare Connections also can connect you with a regional co-ordinator who takes care of redworms used for Vermicomposting. Vermicomposting demonstrations can be arranged for in school purposes. Earthcare Connections also has Curricula with environmentally friendly activities that teach students about the world around them. Activities, which act as a precursor to the visit of the Earthcare Balloon, are also found here.
